  VERY unprofessional. They talked about being hungover, partying, and used such language you would never want your kid to hear. She cut about all my hair off when I told her I just wanted a trim because I'm growing it out, and it's uneven! The lady doing my hair obviously didn't know what she was doing and constantly asked help from other people. Got really annoying especially when you can tell how much they judge and talk about you. Don't even waste your time going here ladies.
