Set the Bar was just what I needed to get my body and well-being back on track. They have easy scheduling for your time to come in and get in shape. They have nutritional plans catered to you needs and goals. The workouts themselves are killer and if you don’t gain some muscle and loose some fat your cheating yourself! Here is the best part, the trainers actually look like trainers and look like they work out! I have been to other gyms that have people that claim they are trainers but after looking at them you have to wonder if they just trained how to lift the fork to their mouth. The trainers are encouraging the entire time and keep an eye on you to perform the workouts correctly. Bottom line is that if your a little chubby or have been carrying around a spare tire for years Set the Bar can get you on the right track fast. Yeah you have to work for it, but if you do, I promise you will see a change in your chubby self.
